This information is used to provide Agency Services - defined as an insurance quote for auto, home and life, and is legally required in order to complete an insurance contract. Is is also needed to communicate with you about your quote, policy or claim (if you choose to purchase with us.)

b. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when working with the Agency to create a quote on your behalf. Unless specified otherwise, all Personal Data requested by the Services is required for a User to use the Services and failure to provide this data may make it impossible for the Agency to provide the Services. In cases where the Services indicate that some Personal Data is not required, Users are free not to communicate this data without impact to the availability or the functionality of the Services. 

c. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is required for the Services are welcome to contact the Agency. 

d. Any user may request opt out at any time by calling, unsubscribing in email format, or by replying STOP to text messaging. 

When and With Whom do We Share Your Personal Information?

a. The Agency uses your information only in the context of providing Agency Services, and you may request its deletion if desired. 

b. We do not share your text messaging information or phone number with any other entity for marketing or communication purposes other than to provide the information requested, and / or to provide services related to services or products purchased. 

c. Your information is used only to activate services requested - quoting, servicing of policies or making claims are the usual activities associated with a need to share information.

1. Introduction
a. Welcome to the Borowicz Family Agency. By accessing or using our services, including receiving SMS communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage with our services.

b. The only way we will provide a quote is if you click 'Request a quote' and opt in to receive phone calls, SMS communications, or both. An explanation of this policy is below, with a link provided to the electronic for we use. Using the message function on our website does not activate our team to provide a quote - only the opt in form through the Request a Quote link does this. 

2. Consent for SMS Communication
a. By providing your consent to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree to receive text messages from the Borowicz Family Agency at the phone number you provide. 

b. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties. When you request a quote, our electronic form asks you to opt in to receiving texts, phone calls, or both. This allows us to contact you with information about the service offers requested, and you are free to opt back out at any time. (For the TCR czars...to be clear...SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.)

• Customers: Updates regarding your quotes, bills, coverages, due dates or required documents, and other information related to maintaining an insurance policy with us if you choose to do business with us.
• Guests: Updates and information regarding the initial quote and ensuring information about your insurable property is correct, rates, options, and onboarding / purchase information. 

4. Standard Messaging Disclosures

• Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider.
• You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received the message.
